-- Fac Michelin or "Miche" for short was founded in 1919 by Ferdinando Michelin as a manufacturer for bicycles, motorcycles and bicycle parts. As the company evolved bicycle parts became the focus of attention with all manufacturing from their factory in the Veneto town of San Vendemiano. The concentration of design from Miche is for bicycle pedals, hubs, cranksets, cogs, chains, headsets and brakesets. Only the finest bearings are used for headsets and hubsets and CNC equipment is used for chainring and cog manufacturing. The manufacturing processes use CAD/CAM to ensure quality, reliability and economics.
