As with the three previous iterations of Hed’s aero bar, the Corsair is lighter (585g), stiffer (6% less flex at a 100lb load), and more refined (more comfortable armrests, stronger alloy hardware)than the competition. The Corsair incorporates a UCI legal 3:1 aspect ratio and Hed's super cool graphic design. Dry Bolt Torque specs: * Part #10803A - Upper bar clamping screw. 60in/lb, 6.8NM, 5 ft/lb * Part #10804A - Lower bar clamping screw. 30in/lb, 3.4NM, 2.5ft/lb. Wait 5 minutes, retorque to same value. Wait 5 minutes, retorque to 40in/lb, 4.5NM, 3.3ft/lb. * Part #10805A - Extension clamp pinch bolt. 40in/lb, 4.5NM, 3.3ft/lb.
